- Assess the subordinates skills and performance, engage in their development plans and teamwork harmony. Circulate regular reports to the training team regarding their performance.
- Anticipate future training needs for different sales channels by collaboratively engaging with the stakeholders and search for gaps in the technical training material and sales methodology.
- Communicate and align with company strategy and objectives. Disseminate regular updates and reports to the heads of departments.
- Contact external vendors and external consultants for the implementation of learning and development solutions.
- Promote and supervise the e-learning platform.
- Implement relevant training evaluation measures to demonstrate the value of implemented trainings (ROI).
