- Creating offers and promotions.
- Following up on offers and creating analysis reports.
- Communicating relevant updates to the front of house.
- Providing regular updates and reports on all marketing activity to directors via the weekly meeting.
- Working with the events manager to effectively promote all upcoming events and workshops.
- Hiring new marketing team members when needed.
- Training and overseeing new marketing team members.
- Creating/designing print visuals such as flyers, posters, booklets, postcards, christmas cards and event promotional materials, discount/complimentary cards.
- Updating print material such as booklets and posters.
- Production of marketing materials/ following up on stock.
- Creating the Osana newsletter.
- Direct Marketing.
- Client retention: i.e targeted emails, offers & gifts
- Updating the Osana website.
- Communicating with brands and local companies for collaborations and promotions.
- Overseeing the social media manager and assisting when needed
- Social media manager responsibilities:
- Photography/Videography.
- Creating the content/visual for social media: Static Post/Reel/Story.
- Creating stories for announcing daily classes schedule.
- Stories to promote & push workshops.
- Moderating the social media page: answering comments/reposting stories.
- Creating sponsored ads.
- Creating a content calendar.
- Covering events on social media.
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field
