Responsibilities:

· Implement, configure, analyze, and support the company's internal and external data communications systems which include the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN)

· Provides subject matter expertise for IT Project and initiatives

· Creates and uphold standard operating procedures and documentation

· Responsible for network design, implement and delivery with the approval of the Architecture

team

· Provide support escalation in Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or

other network and system problems.

· Providing support and assisting other groups in problem resolution

· Ensure appropriate capacity and performance planning for systems to maintain and accelerate

global business growth

· Utilize expert protocol analysis tools for troubleshooting

· Responsible for managing team of close to 20 network engineers, & Network team leads

· Responsible for KPI, KRA metrics in ensuring all SLA compliance overall for assigned regions/countries

· Responsible for participating in network audits and developing remediation solutions

· Document network designs and solutions and develop and maintain network diagrams for the

network solutions

. Assist to establish best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining, and

troubleshooting network devices.

Participate on a 24 X 7 On Call Support rotation with 2 day off per week

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional

publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

· Provide guidance to members of the team.
