PR & Communications Manager

- Communication strategy :
o Work closely with HoD and PR agency to develop and execute a robust corporate
communication strategy aligned with organization goals, values and KPIs

- Media Relations:
o Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets, journalists and industry
influencers.

- Content creation and creative writing :
o Ability to create and develop compelling content for various events, channels and
occasions.
- Social media:
o Oversee the organization’s social media platforms/assets, ensuring alignment with
corporate communication goals and ensure positive online reputation
o Work closely with digital and PR agencies to ensure the corporate reputation goals are
achieved in relevance to social media presence.

- Executive communication:
o With the support of the assigned PR agency, develop strategic communication support
to executives, including speech writing, media interactions and online presence.
- Crisis Communication and Management : has a sound ability to respond to crisis as well as
 proactively address potential crisis objectively; has a proven track record when it comes to crisis
management.
- Stakeholders management : build and maintain positive internal and external partnerships ,
coordinate communication efforts to drive effective engagement with stakeholders
- Analysis and Reporting: Regular and ad-hoc media monitoring and has ability to develop
executive media and governmental updates /reports to management and to the regional office


- Bachelor’s degree in mass comm, PR, Journalism, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Arabic and English- Min 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the following industries (FMCG, Automotive,Agency , telecom) with a solid track record in any if not all mentioned industries- Strong interpersonal and leadership- Crisis management experience is a MUST
