HR Manager

To work closely to the HR Director in the following:

  • Being responsible for the Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment, and Organization development departments as follow:
  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
  • Set performance standards and evaluate the HR teams
  • Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
  • Help organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event)
  • Determine training plans per employee and department
  • Prepare and manage division’s budget
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
  • Coordinate with HR Director to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
  • Managing the Social Insurance and Medical Insurance activities and that all the HR activities are following the labor law>
  • Overseeing the Payroll and comp and ben. activities and reports. 
  • Managing and overseeing the tasks of  Organization Development, Training, and Performance Management

Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar roleExcellent Experience in full cycle recruiting, Egyptian labor law, Compensation and Benefits, and Personnel.Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management SoftwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership abilitiesBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
