- Preparing visa applications and other documents for visa issuing accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all data on the system and all related documentations are complete and accurate.
- Communicates efficiently with customers regarding the agent handling visa issuing process.
- Communicates with the accounting department regarding all related financial matters.
- must be well conversant with border security and legal requirements. Fully understand any changes to the law if there are any.
- Very good command of English language- At least 1 year experience in call centre or customer service job.- At least 1 year experience in visa applications (preferably in UK, Canada, USA)- Experience in ticketing & hotel reservation is a plus.
