-Supporting the Head of Technical Training and Development in planning, managing and coordinating technical trainings.
-Working with stakeholders in determining their training needs throughout the year and developing effective training programs to meet those needs.
-Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in order to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective.
-Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training programs align with the overall business goals and objectives.
-Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to training and development.
-Willingness to travel to various locations, including our regional offices and training centers
-Handles Technical Training requests from all business partners
-Developing and managing a team of trainers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver effective training programs.
-Insurance knowledge -Finance & investment basics -Selling skills -Facilitation skills -Instructional design -5-7 years in training/teaching or Sales -5-7 years in insurance industry -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong presentation and facilitation skills-Ability to design and deliver effective training programs to a diverse audience
