Sales Manager

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive markets.
  3. Establish sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution.
  4. Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  5. Contact customers and distributors to ensure presenting the company’s products and achieving the targets. 
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  7. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, such as suppliers, distributors, and franchisees.
  9. Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  10. Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  11. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and make informed business decisions.
  12. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  13. Monitor stock levels, reorder products, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  14.  Work with supply chain teams to manage product availability and distribution.
  15. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts related to sales, customers, or partners.
  16. Handle crises effectively to minimize impact on sales and operations.

Bachelor's degreePreferably any post-graduate study in Sales - Management.
