We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customs Clearance & Trucking Manager. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of customs clearance procedures, and experience in managing trucking operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee customs clearance operations to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of shipments.
2. Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues related to clearance.
3. Manage a team of customs clearance agents and trucking staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize trucking routes and schedules for timely delivery of goods.
5. Monitor trucking activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and efficient utilization of resources.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Freight & Finance Team , to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
7. Keep abreast of changes in customs regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
8. Prepare reports on clearance and trucking operations, including performance metrics and KPIs, for management review.
9. Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
