- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers; review drawings to ensure compliance and quality.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, implement cost-effective solutions, and oversee construction tender processes.
- Coordinate construction activities, supervise contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget and quality standards.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, source materials and equipment, and provide guidance on day-to-day maintenance issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, management presentations, and change orders.
