- HR in Hospital at Elmaragha - Sohag
- Update and record HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate all training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist with develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and external vendors.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Manage all employees’ personnel such as filing, attendance, leaves, social insurance process and labor offices.
Certificate in Human Resources Management or relevant field.Proven work experience as a Humas Resources Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years (preferred in medical field) Mainly in Social Insurance & Labor Law regulations.Preferred to have HRI, HRM, HR Diploma.Familiarity with filing, HR databases, Performance Management, and employment life cycle.Hands-on experience with full cycle of social, medical insurance and all governance related procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Good problem-solving abilities.Detailed Oriented.
