- Responsible for the rent collection cycle.
- Responsible for the onboarding & the check-out processes of the clients..
- Ensures the internet and Wi-Fi are running smoothly & efficiently..
- Conducts tours for prospective clients.
- Orders the branch Supplies.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness & order of the coworking space.
- Delegates the general maintenance tasks of the workspace.
- Manages mails & deliveries.
- Maintains high occupancy rate.
Experience in hospitality, customer service & business operations.Strong Communication skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer focused – enjoys working with clients and solving their problems.Energetic, enthusiastic & positive.Excellent English language: spoken & written.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
