- Responsible for closely work with line managers to initially design their recruitment needs plan to be consolidated by Recruitment Section Head.
- Responsible for conducting initial interview for potential candidates to refer the accepted ones to direct superior.
- Responsible for administering screening CVs to verify that candidates' pool is upon required qualifications.
- Responsible for Communicating with recruitment service providers to following up on the required post and to ensuring they full awareness of the requirements.
- Responsible for Coordinating the internal communication between Recruitment team and hiring managers to ensuring control on work process to ensuring proper timely manner.
- Responsible for Announcing through company internal communication channels vacancies available in the plan to attracting potential candidates within the referral to minimize hiring cost as much as we can.
- Responsible for Attending Job Fairs and receiving CVs from interested candidates for keeping it in the database.
Bachelor’s Degree.4 - 7 Years of experience in recruitment ( food & Beverage) is a must.Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
