- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and messaging and audience identification
- Manage generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, development etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Collect data and conduct surveys on competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee and approve marketing material , from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Skills & Abilities:4 to 6 years Experience.Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialistExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeAdequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO .Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
