- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Interact with potential clients to determine their needs and explain the value of their company’s products or services.
- Work with the sales support or account team to provide technical expertise and help identify the best ways to meet customer needs.
- Create presentations, write proposals, and perform other activities that help seal the deal.
- Work with engineering groups to develop necessary software and hardware requirements.
- Provide presales and post-sales support to the Company’s customers throughout EMEA.
- Answer technical questions, overcome objections, and help sales position against competitive solutions.
- Act as the escalation point of contact for other team members.
- Conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings.
