المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنسيق ومراقبة شحنات التصدير (بحرية، جوية وبرية)
- إعداد ومراجعة مستندات التصدير، بما في ذلك الفواتير التجارية، قوائم التعبئة، بوليصة الشحن، وشهادات المنشأ
- التنسيق مع خطوط الشحن، ووكلاء الشحن، ومخلصي الجمارك
- تتبع الشحنات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- التعامل مع تأخيرات الشحنات وحل المشكلات التشغيلية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الجمارك، وقواعد التجارة الدولية (Incoterms 2020)، وإجراءات التصدير
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للشحنات والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في لوجستيات التصدير
- معرفة قوية بمستندات التصدير والإجراءات الجمركية
- فهم جيد لقواعد التجارة الدولية (Incoterms 2020)
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً)
- إجادة استخدام برنامج MS Excel
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP/WMS (مثل SAP أو Oracle أو Odoo) تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وحل المشكلات

On behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in Import & Export, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Logistics Specialist - Export to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor export shipments (Sea, Air & Land)
- Prepare and review export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, and Certificates of Origin
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle shipment delays and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms 2020, and export procedures
- Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Export Logistics
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures
- Good understanding of Incoterms 2020
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
