Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties, including conducting property viewings, explaining market trends, and recommending suitable options. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, maintain regular communication, and build long-term relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Daily tasks include preparing and updating listings, coordinating with internal teams, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through documentation and transaction processes. The role also requires staying informed about local real estate regulations, market developments, and competitive offerings to provide accurate, data-driven advice.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance on property choices and market conditions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to negotiate deals, close transactions, and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of the Cairo real estate market and basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant office and CRM software; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
