Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential and investment properties, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, and providing expert market insights. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The Senior Property Consultant collaborates closely with internal teams to align client needs with available inventory and market opportunities. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, actively prospecting for new business, and contributing to the company’s reputation for trust and transparency.

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property and investment advice.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing transactions in a competitive market.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, legal frameworks, and transaction processes.
• Relevant skills such as negotiation, time management, and attention to detail are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in a senior real estate or property consulting role is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic and familiarity with CRM or real estate management tools are beneficial.
