Senior Mechanical Site Technical Office Engineer
Experience in the field of contracting
Job Description:
· Prepare Design Drawings, Design Calculations, Shop Drawing, Quantity and Technical Specifications
· Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in submitting the purchase request.
· Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment.
· Prepare project reports such as RFI, IR,MIR,RFP & PR.
· Follow up the site's work.
· Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its records for following up and tracing.
· Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
· Implement HSE policies and regulations
Job Requirements:
· Shop drawing
· AutoCAD
· Soft skills
· Handworker
· MS office
· Revit
· Graduates of the batch ( 2017 – 2018 – 2019 ).
· Experience in the contracting (technical office) is a must.

وصف الوظيفة:
· إعداد رسومات التصميم، وحسابات التصميم، والرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings)، وحصر الكميات والمواصفات الفنية.
· إجراء حصر الكميات للمواد المطلوبة لتقديم طلبات الشراء.
· مقارنة مستخلصات حصر الكميات بالأعمال المنفذة فعلياً لإعداد مستخلصات العميل ومقاولي الباطن.
· إعداد تقارير المشروع مثل طلبات الاستفسار (RFI)، وطلبات التفتيش (IR)، وطلبات اعتماد المواد (MIR)، وطلبات تقديم العروض (RFP)، وطلبات الشراء (PR).
· متابعة أعمال الموقع.
· إعداد مستندات اعتماد المواد والحفاظ على سجلاتها للمتابعة والتتبع.
· إعداد التقارير الدورية وتقديمها للمدير المباشر لمتابعة سير العمل وحل المشكلات.
· تطبيق سياسات ولوائح السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE).
متطلبات الوظيفة:
· القدرة على عمل الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop drawing).
· إجادة برنامج AutoCAD.
· مهارات شخصية ممتازة.
· القدرة على العمل الجاد والعمل الميداني.
· إجادة حزمة MS Office.
· إجادة برنامج Revit.
· خريجي دفعات (2017 – 2018 – 2019).
· خبرة سابقة في مجال المقاولات (المكتب الفني) شرط أساسي.
