We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across the business. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and in line with business objectives and quality standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, the Project Manager will drive effective planning, execution, risk management, and performance reporting while ensuring adherence to PMO governance standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and business-case approval through execution, implementation, handover, and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Quality, and external partners.
• Establish project governance, tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and regular management reporting to monitor progress, costs, risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, business requirements, and implementation readiness.
• Support business-case development, investment evaluations, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Consulting, Supply Chain, or similarly complex environments.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects involving multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, planning, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, such as MS Project and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and drive projects toward successful delivery.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy retail is an advantage.
