As our Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer, you will lead the charge in transforming complex project requirements into competitive and winning proposals. Your core responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive technical and commercial reviews of tender documents.
Developing accurate cost estimations for mechanical systems including HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing.
Managing the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submittals.
Collaborating with the procurement team to secure competitive vendor quotations.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who brings both technical depth and commercial acumen to the table. To excel in this role, you will need:
5-7 years of solid experience in Mechanical Tendering and Cost Estimation within the engineering sector.
A strong background in Mechanical Engineering with a deep understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD and advanced Cost Estimation software.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A track record of delivering high-quality technical proposals under tight deadlines.
Experienced-level career expectations with a focus on leadership and technical mastery.

المتطلبات
نحن نبحث عن مهني ذو مهارات عالية يجمع بين العمق الفني والدهاء التجاري. للتفوق في هذا الدور، ستكون بحاجة إلى:
خبرة قوية تمتد من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في عطاءات الأعمال الميكانيكية وتقدير التكاليف في القطاع الهندسي.
خلفية قوية في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع فهم عميق لأنظمة التكييف والتبريد (HVAC)، ومكافحة الحرائق، والسباكة.
خبرة مثبتة في استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج تقدير التكاليف المتقدمة.
مهارات تفاوض استثنائية والقدرة على إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين بفعالية.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
