We’re Hiring: Senior NLP Engineer
✅ What You’ll Do
- Develop and productionize NLP and LLM-based solutions.
- Evaluate LLMs, SLMs, and specialized language models for different business use cases.
- Build and optimize self-hosted LLM/SLM inference environments.
- Fine-tune models using LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning, and supervised fine-tuning.
- Apply quantization, pruning, distillation, and other model optimization techniques.
- Optimize inference performance, latency, throughput, memory, and GPU utilization.
- Build NLP solutions for classification, information extraction, semantic similarity, and summarization.
- Develop evaluation pipelines and collaborate with AI Platform and LLMOps teams to deploy models into production.
- Benchmark emerging models and technologies to identify the best solutions for each use case.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and transformer-based models.
- Experience with open-source and self-hosted LLMs.
- Strong Python and machine learning engineering skills.
- Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers and related tools.
- Practical experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, quantization, and model optimization.
- Experience with inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, llama.cpp, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of GPU-based inference and performance optimization.
- Experience deploying AI/NLP models into production.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation.
- Arabic NLP experience is a strong advantage.

- تطوير وإدخال حلول معالجة اللغات الطبيعية (NLP) والنماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLMs) إلى بيئة الإنتاج.
- تقييم النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLMs)، والصغيرة (SLMs)، والنماذج اللغوية المتخصصة لمختلف حالات الاستخدام التجاري.
- بناء وتحسين بيئات الاستدلال المضافة ذاتياً للنماذج اللغوية (LLM/SLM).
- إعادة ضبط النماذج (Fine-tuning) باستخدام LoRA، وPEFT، والضبط القائم على التعليمات، والضبط الدقيق الموجه.
- تطبيق تقنيات التكميم (quantization)، والتقليم (pruning)، والتقطير (distillation)، وغيرها من تقنيات تحسين النماذج.
- تحسين أداء الاستدلال، وزمن الاستجابة، ومعدل الإنتاجية، واستخدام الذاكرة ومعالج الرسوميات (GPU).
- بناء حلول معالجة اللغات الطبيعية للتصنيف، واستخراج المعلومات، والتشابه الدلالي، والتلخيص.
- تطوير مسارات التقييم والتعاون مع فرق منصة الذكاء الاصطناعي وLLMOps لنشر النماذج في بيئة الإنتاج.
- إجراء مقارنات مرجعية للنماذج والتقنيات الناشئة لتحديد أفضل الحلول لكل حالة استخدام.
✅ المهارات والمتطلبات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية قوية في مجال معالجة اللغات الطبيعية (NLP)، والنماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLMs)، والنماذج القائمة على المحولات (transformer-based models).
- خبرة في التعامل مع النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة مفتوحة المصدر والمستضافة ذاتياً.
- مهارات قوية في لغة بايثون (Python) وهندسة تعلم الآلة.
- إتقان استخدام Hugging Face Transformers والأدوات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة عملية في الضبط الدقيق (fine-tuning)، وLoRA/PEFT، والتكميم (quantization)، وتحسين النماذج.
- خبرة في أطر عمل الاستدلال مثل vLLM، وTensorRT-LLM، وllama.cpp، أو ما يعادلها.
- فهم قوي للاستدلال القائم على معالجات الرسوميات (GPU) وتحسين الأداء.
- خبرة في نشر نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعالجة اللغات الطبيعية في بيئة الإنتاج.
- معرفة بـ RAG، والتضمينات (embeddings)، وقواعد البيانات المتجهة (vector databases)، وتقييم النماذج.
- تُعتبر الخبرة في معالجة اللغة العربية طبيعياً ميزة إضافية قوية.
