Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a SAP FICO S/4HANA Solutions Architect. The role involves designing end-to-end SAP FICO S/4HANA solutions, aligning system architecture with business and regulatory requirements, and ensuring integration across related SAP and non-SAP systems. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical designs. Daily responsibilities include leading solution design workshops, preparing specifications, guiding configuration and development teams, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. The role also includes providing expert consulting, advising on best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing SAP FICO S/4HANA landscapes and end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Consulting experience in assessing business needs, facilitating workshops, and translating requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of Software Development lifecycles, including working with technical teams on specifications, enhancements, and customizations.
• Integration expertise with SAP and non-SAP systems, covering interfaces, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Deep understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly in finance and controlling domains (e.g., GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
• Relevant SAP certifications in FICO and/or S/4HANA are highly beneficial.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-entity or regional implementations within sectors such as banking, telecommunications, enterprise, or government.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
