المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة الحلول التحليلية التي تدعم تقارير الأعمال وتتبع الأداء واتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات.
- ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى نماذج بيانات قابلة للتطوير وطبقات تقارير ولوحات قيادة ومخرجات تحليلية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تطوير وصيانة منطق إعداد البيانات وتحويلها باستخدام SQL وPython ومنصات التحليلات السحابية مثل Azure Databricks.
- بناء وتعزيز مجموعات البيانات الهيكلية ونماذج البيانات الجاهزة للتقارير لدعم لوحات قيادة Power BI والنماذج الدلالية وحالات الاستخدام التحليلي المتكررة.
- ضمان جودة البيانات واتساقها وموثوقيتها من خلال التحقق والمطابقة والاختبار وتوثيق منطق الأعمال.
- دعم الأتمتة والتطوير المستمر لعمليات إعداد التقارير وسير عمل البيانات والأنشطة التحليلية المتكررة.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة في الشركة والمحللين وفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات/البيانات لفهم المتطلبات تقديم حلول تحليلات موثوقة.
- دعم مستخدمي الأعمال بالتحليلات المخصصة وإصلاح المشكلات والتوثيق وتفسير الرؤى التحليلية.
- المساهمة في التسليم المرن (Agile) من خلال دعم جمع المتطلبات وتصميم الحلول والاختبار والتوثيق ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، أو نظم المعلومات، أو الهندسة، أو تحليلات البيانات، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذات صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في تحليلات البيانات، أو ذكاء الأعمال، أو هندسة التحليلات، أو أدوار البيانات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية في استخدام SQL لاستخراج البيانات وتحويلها ونمذجتها.
- خبرة عملية في Power BI / Tableau، بما في ذلك تطوير لوحات القيادة وطبقات التقارير والنماذج الدلالية.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام Python لتحليل البيانات أو تحويلها أو أتمتتها أو أنشطة إعداد البيانات.
- خبرة في العمل مع مجموعات البيانات الهيكلية ونماذج البيانات التحليلية القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وفحوصات جودة البيانات والتحقق والتأكيد والتوثيق.
- دراية بـ منصات التحليلات السحابية مثل Azure Databricks وSpark/PySpark وGit والتحكم في الإصدارات (version control) أو CI/CD تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- عقلية قوية في حل المشكلات، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على ترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى حلول تحليلية قابلة للتطوير.

About this Position In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data assets, reporting layers, and analytical solutions that support reliable data-driven decision-making across the business.

What You´ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions that support business reporting, performance tracking, and data driven decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, reporting layers, dashboards, and actionable analytical outputs.
- Develop and maintain data preparation and transformation logic using SQL, Python, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Databricks.
- Build and enhance structured datasets and reporting-ready data models to support Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and recurring analytical use cases.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, reconciliation, testing, and documentation of business logic.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes, data workflows, and recurring analytical activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT/data teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable analytics solutions.
- Support business users with ad hoc analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and interpretation of analytical insights.
- Contribute to agile delivery by supporting requirement gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or related data roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and data modeling.
- Practical experience with Power BI / Tableau, including dashboard development, reporting layers, and semantic models.
- Practical experience with Python for data analysis, transformation, automation, or data preparation activities.
- Experience working with structured datasets, reusable analytical data models, data quality checks, validation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Git, version control, or CI/CD is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
