We’re Hiring | Certified Medical Coder – U.S. Market
Location: Egypt
We’re looking for a U.S.-certified medical coder with 2+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. medical coding to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
• Active U.S. medical coding certification, such as CPC or CCS.
• At least 2 years of practical coding experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II.
• Ability to review clinical documentation, assign accurate codes, and identify documentation gaps.
• Understanding of payer requirements, coding guidelines, and coding-related denials.
• Strong attention to detail and good English communication skills.
Applicants must currently be based in Egypt.

المتطلبات:
• شهادة معتمدة سارية المفعول في الترميز الطبي الأمريكي، مثل CPC أو CCS.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في الترميز لتقديم الدعم لمزودي الرعاية الصحية في الولايات المتحدة.
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة ICD-10-CM و CPT و HCPCS Level II.
• القدرة على مراجعة الوثائق السريرية، وتحديد الرموز الدقيقة، واكتشاف الفجوات في التوثيق.
• فهم متطلبات الجهات الداعمة (شركات التأمين)، وإرشادات الترميز، وحالات الرفض المتعلقة بالترميز.
• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل مع مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين حالياً في مصر.
