We’re Hiring: HR Specialist — Egypt

Bloom Planet Group is looking for an experienced HR Specialist who can build and implement a structured HR system for the Group and support our teams across international branches.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, turn business needs into clear policies and practical processes, and put them into daily practice.

Location: Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

✅ Currently based in Egypt

✅ Minimum 5 years of HR experience

✅ Proven ability to build and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures

✅ Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

✅ Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management

✅ Ability to develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and clear reporting lines

✅ Ability to coordinate with teams across multiple countries

✅ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required

✅ Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* Experience supporting multi-country HR operations

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

What You’ll Do:

* Build and implement a structured HR framework for Bloom Planet Group, adapted to each branch’s operational needs and local requirements

* Develop and implement policies for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance management, and offboarding

* Create and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and reporting lines

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

* Organize employee records and establish a reliable HR database

* Implement performance evaluation processes and support managers in using them

* Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

* Coordinate HR activities across international branches

* Prepare regular HR reports to support management decisions
