Job Title: Product Specialist – Urology & Endoscopy
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Product Specialist to join our Urology Division. The successful candidate will promote and support a portfolio of urology and endoscopic systems and surgical instruments, working closely with healthcare professionals to drive sales growth and ensure high customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and present urology and endoscopy products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with surgeons, medical staff, and hospital stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while growing market share in the assigned area.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and clinical support during procedures when needed.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor updates to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to coordinate operations, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Contribute positively to a team-focused environment, sharing insights, supporting teammates, and aligning with company goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related scientific field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales (experience in Urology or Endoscopy is a plus).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Persistent, proactive, and capable of independent planning and execution.
- Residency in Cairo or surrounding areas required.
- Valid driving license preferred.
