About the Company: Legacy, a Hassan Allam Holding company, is responsible for operating the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Position Overview:The Grand Egyptian Museum is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of end-user systems.
Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support. Install and configure hardware and software. Troubleshoot system and network issues. Support users and maintain IT assets. Escalate complex technical issues as required.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 2 years of IT support experience. Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and user support. Strong customer service and communication skills.
