Job Description: Responsible for managing and supporting the company's information technology systems, ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, networks, and software. Provides technical support to employees, resolves technical issues, and contributes to the development of the company's digital infrastructure in line with best practices.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
- Install and configure operating systems and various software.
- Monitor and maintain internal networks (LAN/WAN) and ensure stable internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to employees (in-person or remotely).
- Manage email and internal communication systems.
- Contribute to data protection and enforce information security policies.
- Monitor technical issues and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with technical service providers (internet, servers, cloud systems, etc.).
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of devices and networks.
