Branch Manager required to manage a Leechie restaurant branch.
Job Objective
Responsible for managing and operating the branch in its entirety, achieving sales and profitability targets, leading the team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets for the branch.
- Monitor sales performance daily and weekly, and analyze results compared to targets.
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve the highest performance levels.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on business needs.
- Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the system.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently on a daily basis in accordance with company policies.
- Verify the branch is ready before opening.
- Follow up on customer complaints and address them quickly and professionally.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the branch.
