Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with existing and potential clients.- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and market research.- Promote and sell international freight forwarding and logistics solutions.- Understand clients’ shipping requirements and provide suitable solutions.- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales opportunities.- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.- Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.- Manage sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer data through CRM.- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.- +3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding, International Shipping, Logistics, or Export Sales is highly preferred.- Good understanding of Air Freight and/or Sea Freight is a strong advantage.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.- Good command of English.
