Role Description The Medical Representative role at Kashii Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Medical Representative will visit healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical institutions to promote and explain Kashii Egypt’s products and their benefits. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, providing product information and support, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback, and reporting on competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams. The Medical Representative will also participate in product trainings, promotional events, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Strong Medical Sales skills with the ability to present and promote products to healthcare professionals. Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications and respond to clinical inquiries. Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Previous experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
