Sales Supervisor Duties – Cairo1. Achieving Sales TargetsAchieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the area.Monitoring Sales Volume, Revenue & Growth and comparing results to targets.Developing corrective plans when sales gaps exist to achieve the Target.2. Sales Team ManagementDaily supervision of Sales Representatives / Salesmen.Distributing areas, Routes, and targets among team members.Monitoring each representative's performance and analyzing their KPIs.Conducting a Daily Morning Meeting to review previous day results and today's plan.Training and guiding the team and elevating selling and negotiation skills.Evaluating team performance and taking necessary corrective actions. 3. Coverage & Distribution within CairoEnsuring the achievement of the highest level of Market Coverage & Distribution.Acquiring new clients and sales outlets and increasing the number of Active Outlets.Monitoring Numeric Distribution and the availability of Big Cola and Volt products.Ensuring the availability of Core SKUs inside target outlets.Reviewing Routes and enhancing the efficiency of client visit distribution. 4. Field Follow-upConducting daily field visits with the sales team.Monitoring representatives' performance during Sales Calls.Ensuring adherence to the Route Plan and Call Cycle.Following up on order execution and resolving customer issues in the market.Monitoring competitors in terms of prices, offers, distribution, and Visibility.5. Merchandising & VisibilityEnsuring product availability and good display within outlets.Monitoring Shelves, Displays, POSM, and Cooler Visibility.Ensuring adherence to approved prices and offers.Following up on the execution of Promotions and Trade Activities as required. 6. Customer ManagementBuilding strong relationships with customers, Wholesalers, and Retailers.Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them quickly.Negotiating with customers within approved policies and authorization limits.Discovering new opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
