Responsibilities:Landscape Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects and designers to develop landscape plans that enhance the visual appeal of shopping centers. Maintenance Oversight: Manage and supervise landscape maintenance teams to ensure the upkeep of gardens, lawns, trees, and other green spaces. Budget Management: Develop and manage the landscaping budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maintenance and enhancements. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external landscaping contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contracts. Environmental Sustainability: Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and the use of native plant species. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of landscape areas to ensure they meet the organization's standards and address any issues promptly. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise landscaping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Customer Relations: Engage with shopping center tenants and visitors to address landscaping concerns and gather feedback for improvements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all landscaping activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in commercial properties or shopping centers. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and pest management. Proven experience in budget management and vendor coordination. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in landscape design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
