Daily Tasks: Responsible for receiving customers and responding to all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while delivering a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales targets and build good customer relationships. Resolving customer issues, understanding their causes, and working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience. Executing the entire sales process on the system, starting from order registration up to payment completion, including collecting sales value from customers whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replacing products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring the maintenance of service standards and customer satisfaction. Continuously following up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and boost sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of required product stock from warehouses to ensure item availability and successfully close sales deals.
