Key Responsibilities:Manage construction, maintenance & repair (M&R), and real estate activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and control standards. Supervise Project/M&R Engineers and real estate activities. Manage and monitor project and departmental budgets. Oversee project planning and permitting activities. Supervise real estate and network planning activities. Manage asset acquisitions, asset sales, land additions, lease renewals, and divestment activities. Maintain effective communication with customers and key stakeholders. Implement and promote best practices in construction and asset management. Lead, coach, and develop team members while monitoring their performance. Support workforce planning and ensure adequate staffing within the department. Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions when required. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industry. Previous experience at a managerial/supervisory level is preferred. Engineering/technical knowledge is highly desirable. Good understanding of the market environment. Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Asset Lifecycle, CAPEX Management, and Asset Strategy & Planning. Strong leadership, people management, communication, and business acumen skills.
