Role Description This full-time Occupational Therapist role is an on-site position . The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and sensory needs, and design individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and functional skills. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, documenting clinical notes, and collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and families to coordinate care. The role involves providing education and training to clients and caregivers, recommending adaptive equipment or environmental modifications, and participating in case conferences and professional development activities. The Occupational Therapist will work with diverse age groups, with a particular focus on pediatric clients requiring developmental and functional support.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention techniques. Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to functional recovery and long-term care. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience or interest in Pediatrics, particularly in developmental, behavioral, or sensory integration challenges. Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; licensure or eligibility for licensure as required. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional and ethical standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload on-site. Previous clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
