Role Description We are seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for Tech Loom Global's own growing team. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role — you'll take client hiring needs from intake through to a finalist ready for leadership's final interview, managing every step in between. You'll work closely with our internal team to build accurate job requisitions, source and screen top talent across global markets, and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast without cutting corners, and genuinely enjoys the process of finding the right person for the right role.
Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders on hiring intake to build accurate, compelling job requisitions Create and publish job postings on Linked In and other relevant channels Source and engage candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools Conduct first-round screening interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and fit Coordinate and schedule final-round interviews between shortlisted candidates and leadership Build, manage, and maintain candidate pipeline trackers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date status across all open roles Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a timely, positive experience Flag process bottlenecks or improvement opportunities to leadership
Required Qualifications5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through offer/placement) Experience recruiting for US-based clients or employers Strong command of Linked In Recruiter Experience managing and tracking candidates through spreadsheets or dedicated tracking tools, with the ability to recommend better tracking systems or workflows Experience conducting candidate screening interviews on live calls Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience Experience sourcing and placing global/offshore talent Familiarity with ATS platforms other than Linked In Recruiter
