Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all lines Supervise technicians and supervisors to achieve production targets Minimize machine downtime and reduce changeover time between models Coordinate with maintenance, molds, and machining departments Improve machine efficiency and increase productivity rates Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Reduce material waste and optimize production output Ensure availability of spare parts and follow up on preventive maintenance Read and interpret machine manuals and technical drawings Collaborate closely with Quality team to ensure consistent performance Prepare technical reports for each shift (including breakdowns and downtime analysis) Conduct regular inspections across production departments
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial or relevant)6–8 years of experience in manufacturing Previous experience in Glass or Plastic industry is a MUSTStrong leadership and team management skills Solid technical background in production processes and machinery Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
