???? Job Description:
* Prepare and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6.* Develop and update cost-loaded project schedules.* Monitor project progress against approved baselines and contractual milestones.* Perform Critical Path Analysis and identify schedule risks.* Prepare recovery schedules and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.* Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports.* Develop S-Curves, Cash Flow forecasts, and project KPI reports.* Coordinate with Technical Office, Site Engineers, Procurement, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure schedule compliance.* Review contractors' and subcontractors' schedules and monitor performance.* Support project control activities and maintain accurate planning records.* Assist in forecasting project completion dates and reporting project status to management.* Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
???? Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.*3–5 years of experience only** as a Planning Engineer.* Experience in **commercial projects (Malls)** within **Real Estate Developers or Contracting Companies**.* Strong proficiency in **Primavera P6**.* Knowledge of MS Project & Power BI is an advantage.* Residence in **El Shorouk City** or nearby areas is preferred.
