Role Description The HR Personnel Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ain Sokhna, responsible for supporting daily human resources operations and employee services. This role coordinates personnel files, maintains HR records and databases, and assists in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. The HR Personnel Coordinator helps implement HR policies, supports benefits administration, and responds to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include organizing documentation for contracts and regulatory compliance, preparing HR-related reports, and collaborating with managers to address routine HR and employee relations matters. The role also supports HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with Sailun Group’s people-centric culture.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations. Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including coordination of employee benefits and related documentation. Experience with Employee Relations, demonstrating the ability to handle routine inquiries and support a respectful, inclusive workplace. Understanding of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to help ensure compliance with company standards and local labor regulations. Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR records and reporting. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with HRIS or HR software is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Ability to work on-site in Ain Sokhna, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
