Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for working from home. This role focuses on promoting and selling life, accident, and health insurance products, as well as retirement and wealth management solutions to individual and corporate customers. Daily tasks include identifying prospects, conducting needs assessments, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing tailored proposals, and closing sales in line with company targets. The specialist will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, support policy renewals, and coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves staying informed about Met Life products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, while using CRM tools and sales reports to track performance and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance expertise, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate products. Experience in Customer Service and customer relationship management, ensuring a positive and professional client experience. Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices, including handling multiple products and channels ethically and effectively. Understanding of Health Insurance products and their benefits, terms, and regulatory context. Proven track record in achieving sales targets within financial services or insurance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional setting. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; strong PC skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
