Key Responsibilities Handle hotel and travel reservation inquiries through phone, Whats App, and other communication channels. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets. Provide customers with accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services. Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with hotels, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes. Maintain accurate reservation records and follow company procedures. Requirements Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel, tourism, or sales is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good command of English. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems is an advantage.
