Job details and tasks:
Monitoring and reviewing food and beverage (F&B) costs and daily operational activities on the island.
Following up on receiving, storage, and overseeing periodic and monthly stock takes for the warehouses.
Analyzing waste and loss (Waste Management) rate and comparing actual costs to the allocated budget.
Pricing products, meals, and services offered in coordination with Food & Beverage Management and Finance.
Preparing periodic cost reports (cost of sales, material cost) and providing recommendations to reduce expenses and increase profitability.
