B2B Technical Sales Engineer – Lubricants & Spare Parts

Job Description:

We are looking for a B2B Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business and support existing customers by providing the right technical and commercial solutions for their lubricant and spare-parts requirements.

The role combines technical knowledge with consultative B2B selling and requires regular customer visits and strong understanding of industrial and automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new B2B business and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Identify companies with internal lubricant consumption, including factories, fleet owners, commercial service centers, schools, universities, travel agencies, and other companies consuming lubricants and spare parts.

  • Visit customers to understand their equipment, applications, operating conditions, and lubricant requirements.

  • Recommend suitable lubricant and spare-parts products based on customer applications and technical requirements.

  • Present technical and commercial solutions to customers and decision-makers.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities from initial contact through order confirmation.

  • Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.

  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers when required.

  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to address complex customer requirements.

  • Monitor competitor products, market developments, and customer feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

  • 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience is mandatory.

  • Experience in lubricants, automotive products, spare parts, industrial products, or related technical products is highly preferred.

  • Good understanding of automotive and/or industrial lubricant applications.

  • Strong technical selling and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized with an excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, reporting and interpersonal skills.

  • Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development and achieving targets.

  • Good command of English.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
