Our company is expanding its Hajj & Umrah division and is looking to hire motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building trust, and supporting customers through a meaningful and important travel journey.
Role Overview The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, presenting Hajj & Umrah packages, understanding customer needs, and supporting clients throughout the booking process until confirmation. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a professional and organized manner. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients. Present Hajj & Umrah packages clearly, confidently, and professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable package options. Support clients throughout the booking journey until confirmation. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system. Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth booking execution. Provide a supportive and professional customer experience at all times.
Candidate Requirements Fluency in Arabic and English is required.0–2 years of experience in telesales, travel, tourism, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and make them feel comfortable. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups. Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and supportive approach. Previous experience in tourism, Hajj & Umrah, or travel sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
