Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing all HR functions to support a growing furniture manufacturing and brand agency business. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the company attracts and retains qualified talent. The role involves administering compensation and benefits, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will handle performance management processes, support learning and development initiatives, and guide managers on employee relations matters. This role also leads HR data reporting, supports organizational culture and engagement activities, and collaborates closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong HR operations and administration skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or similar systems. Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, with the ability to coach managers and team members. Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, labor law compliance, and HR policy development within the local regulatory environment. Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels of seniority. Experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and training or talent development initiatives is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. Several years of progressive experience in HR management or senior HR roles, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or design-focused industries. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and use HR data and metrics to support decision-making.
