Role Description The Sales Officer – Insurance (مسئول مبيعات تأمين) is a full-time position responsible for promoting and selling life and takaful insurance products to individual and corporate clients. This hybrid role is based in Qesm El Maadi, with a combination of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some work-from-home flexibility for follow-ups and administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include identifying new prospects, conducting needs assessments, explaining product features and Sharia-compliant benefits, preparing quotations, and supporting clients throughout the application and policy issuance process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, coordinating with underwriting and customer service teams, and preparing regular sales reports. The Sales Officer is expected to represent the company professionally, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to the growth of the takaful portfolio. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in a competitive market. Customer relationship management and communication skills, including active listening, clear explanation of products, and professional follow-up with diverse clients. Basic financial and insurance literacy, with an understanding of life and medical insurance concepts and familiarity with Sharia-compliant (takaful) principles. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, documentation, and reporting while meeting deadlines and targets.
