Key Responsibilities Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for HVAC and plumbing systems. Perform quantity takeoffs from mechanical drawings. Analyze project specifications and ensure accurate quantity measurement. Support cost estimation and tendering processes. Monitor material quantities and cost variations (pre-construction level). Use Excel for quantity tracking and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Government University Graduates Only5–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (MEP / Mechanical). Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. Strong understanding of BOQs and quantity takeoffs. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Strong Excel skills.
