Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee records, and supporting targeted recruitment processes for both administrative staff and specialized industry roles (such as dermatologists, medical representatives, chemists, and beauty advisors). The HR Specialist will coordinate onboarding and orientation activities, assist in developing and implementing HR policies tailored to the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors, and oversee employee benefits administration. Additionally, the role involves supporting personnel management—including performance reviews and employee relations—maintaining compliance with labor regulations, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovation-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications Industry Expertise: Proven HR experience within the cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, skincare, or dermatology sectors, with a solid understanding of the market and specialized roles within the industry.
HR & Personnel Management: Strong Human Resources Management skills, with experience handling daily HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition: Experience recruiting for specialized roles within the beauty, medical, and scientific fields.
Policy & Compliance: Knowledge of HR Policies and strict compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration: Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and clear employee communication.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse scientific and commercial teams.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills, with acute attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HR software and standard office productivity tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
